While the other programs are designed for a more long term view to weight management this is designed for anyone wanting to lose weight fast in a safe an effective manner.
You will be given a 7 day meal plan and targets set for the end of the 6 weeks. We will track and monitor your weight each week with targets set for each week. Your calorie and macro needs will be calculated from answers give in questionnaire and a meal plan will be made up for you to reach your goals, with no unnecessary food restrictions.
After filling in our detailed questionnaire we will draw up a 7 day meal plan based on your calorie and macro targets to reach your goal weight. You will be expected to stick to the plan for the 6 weeks and check in each week. The 6 week shredded program comes with or without workout plan.
This is a no frills program and is aimed at people who just want to lose weight fast but in a safe and effective way. This is tougher than the rest, so be warned.
