JAMIE MILLER - PERSONAL TRAINER
I have been a Personal Trainer since August 2007 when I first started out at Cannons Health Club, Aberdeen.
Previously I was in the army, then went off travelling for a while. While away travelling I decided that I wanted to turn my hobby and passion into a career.
The Start-
On my return back to the UK, I completed an HND in Fitness Health and Exercise at Aberdeen College and then an honours degree in Science of Sports Studies (fitness and health) at Aberdeen University.
While studding I undertook part time work at the then Cannons Fitness which is now Nuffield Heath Club and became a personal trainer. I also worked as a British Military Fitness Instructor taking outdoor fitness classes and helped coach boxers at local boxing club

A Little Bit About Me....
More work, more experience and a new Workplace
During that time I completed various courses which range from nutrition courses and mentorships, strength and conditioning, Boxercise, Spin, movement analysis through different fitness providers. I am currently doing a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition at Aberdeen University.
I am now based at Aberdeen Fitness & Combat Centre, the no.1 combat sports facility and team in the north of Scotland. From beginners to world champions, ACC has the facilities and coaches to meet your needs.
