BOXING BLITZ PROGRAMS
Get fit and lean and learn how to box too!
With the Boxing Blitz Programs you will be put through your paces to get you into shape and learn how to box!
This program comprises learning boxing, drills, pad work and conditioning ( we may even do sparring, if you want).
Ideal for anyone who had wants to try boxing for first time, to those who have upcoming fights, to anyone who just wants to get fit or want to get in shape for the summer. Nutrition plans also included.
You will be set targets for the end of the 8 or 12 weeks and be given all the support, tools and encouragement to get you fit and reach the targets set.
