When you sign we will discuss and set realistic achievable targets based on your goals. You will then for the next 12 weeks receive all the support, tools and encouragement to get you fit, healthy and reach the targets set.

Once you register and payment is received a detailed questionnaire form will be emailed to you. Once filled in and returned we will arrange a free 30 minute consultation (face to face or via phone) to discuss answers given and so we can design the best fitness and nutrition program to suit your goals and lifestyle.
Each week you will send me a simple review form so you can tell me how your week has been, in full confidence. This form gives you the opportunity to be honest with yourself and with me and allow us to help you out and improve both diet & lifestyle to help enable you reach your goals and tackle any issues you maybe struggling with.
We will also discuss what you have achieved each week… no matter how small or insignificant from gym performance lifestyle and nutrition to looser fitting clothing. This will give us the opportunity to track your progress and build on it. I will also always be on hand by phone or email for continued support.
We will work together and establish workout and nutrition so you are in great shape for 2017!
