We will make a meal plan for you based on the answers given in the detailed lifestyle questionnaire. You can have meals and snacks prepared by our chefs and the food delivered straight to your door for convenience.

A detailed lifestyle questionnaire will be sent out to you. Once filled in and returned you will be contacted by a member of our coaching team to arrange your consultation.
Consultations can be arranged via phone call.
During the consultation we can discuss more about your answers given in your questionnaire so we can build your diet and/or training plan you to fit in with your lifestyle, goals and budget. Your assigned coach will then draw up your nutrition and fitness plan.
You will receive individually tailored program developed to suit your personal situation, tastes, activity level and your goals and quote for discounted weekly meal package for one month.
You will then be ready to start your supported journey to reach your fitness goals and your meals will be delivered to your preferred location.
Plans exclude price of meals
For UK Fitness Food Meal Plan minimum spend of 2 UK Fitness Food meals 5 days a week. You can choose from 2 meals per day 5 days per week to 3 meals and 3 snacks per day 7 days per week.
