Whether you are looking to gain muscle, decrease body fat, increase your strength and flexibility, help to improve sports performance learn combat sports or just want to be pushed that little bit harder, I am here to help.

Working as a personal trainer since 2007 with hundreds of clients from various backgrounds, has given me the experience, knowledge and insight to provide you with the guidance to help achieve the results that you desire. Personal training is shaped towards fun, varied and challenging sessions to help clients reach their goals. I believe an indicator of a quality workout is goal achievement. The client should be able to improve every session and notice progress. You should be able to see you are getting stronger, faster, fitter and, over time, improving body composition.

By carefully analysing your personal goals, exercise history, fitness assessments and diet,  I will design exercise sessions, programmes and dietary advice that are safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs.

Personal Training sessions are NOT just about pushing people to the limit or how sore the client is the next couple of days. This old fashioned mind set still seems to linger with some. I believe a personal trainer’s job is to create workouts, programs and nutritional strategies that match the client’s goals, abilities, experience and lifestyle.

Yes, you can get pushed that little bit harder than you may believe you are cable of, but you should not just be getting run into the ground just for the sake of it. A personal trainer isn't (or shouldn’t) be going to make you do anything you aren't ready for.

With your goals in mind I then listen, advise, encourage and then coach so you reach your goal!
